Terms and Conditions

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Registration will only be confirmed when we have received 100€ deposit for the course or 200€ deposit if you book accommodation.

For the reservation of the apartment at the beach you have to pay a deposit of 25 % of the whole amount and has special cancellation charges.

The rest of the fees for the course and/or the accommodation must be received at least 21 days before the start of the course The deposit is deducted from the overall fee.

GROUP AND TIMETABLE CONDICIONS
Groups are from 3-8 students. In the instance of a group of a particular level being less than 3 students, the centre promises to still offer the course but at a reduced number of lessons. For example(3 - 8 students 4 lessons), ( 2 students 3 lessons) and (1 student 2 lessons).

Classes are held from Monday to Friday during the mornings or afternoons, depending on various circumstances such as level, number of students, groups, etc. Students will be informed of their timetables on their first day of class. Classes start any Monday, absolute beginners must start on one of the specific starting days indicated in "Dates and Fees".

The minimum age required for our course is 17 except on those especially for the younger students (6 a 16 years) and individual classes.

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS
The school will be closed for public holidays (festivals) that are shown on the course dates on the calendar. These days are not recouperable. In the case of a course being affected by two festival days, one class will me make up.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be notified in writing
21 days before the start of the course but 60€ will be withheld.
20 days or less before the start of the course and 100€ Hill be deducted(or 200€ if accommodation has been reserved)

Please ask for special cancellation charges for private appartments at the beach. To leave anytime after the first day of class : No refund at all.


MODIFICATIONS
If you have to change your course dates, the type of accommodation or some other element of the course we can postpone it, as long as it is in the same year and with no extra charge. If this happens 15 days before the start of the course, there will be a further charge of 30€.


COMPLAINTS
If the student has any complaint related to accommodation or course, the school must receive written notification within 3 working days of the incident of origin.
