PRIVATE APARTMENT AT THE BEACH

The school can rent out a furnished apartment for as long as necessary. Two months notice is required in high season.



GENERAL INFORMATION

1. This is a service exclusively provided for our students while studying in the school.
2. The prices provided are for weekly rental. These prices are inclusive of the cost of electricity, water and gas on the understanding that there is reasonable usage.
3. Rental must be paid in advance.

You can choose one of three different kinds of apartments. The studio is a small room with a bathroom and a place to cook.

The one and two bedroom apartments are more spacious. All apartments have a place to cook and refrigerator.

There is also a community pool, where you can relax after your Spanish lessons.

The price reflects the quality and we are sure that you will enjoy your stay in these apartments.

Distance to the school on foot: 35-40 minutes.

Distance from the beach: Las Marinas beach is about 50 metres away.

Location: The apartment is situated on Las Marinas Beach about 3 km. from the city centre. It is one of the best beaches in Dénia and a great location for relaxing and having fun.

There is a bus-stop in front of the apartment complex that takes you to the port in Denia at a 10 minute walk to the school.

A credit card will be required as a deposit.

Day of arrival (after 5:00 p.m.) and departure (before 10:00 a.m.) is Saturday.
